What are pellets?

Pellets are made from various types of biomass: wood sawdust, wood shavings, hay, straw, sunflower husk and other products which are environmentally friendly by-products. Biomass is grounded, dried and pressed into 6 mm diameter (or a different diameter) small cylindrical pieces. This fuel is a great alternative to gas or other fuels. The pellets are completely environmentally friendly material, during their production no additives are used.

Where to use pellets?

Pellets can be burned in burners, furnaces, boilers, fireplaces and other heating devices.

Energy output: 4,8 - 5 kWh/kg, 18 - 20 MJ/kg

Renewable energy = Environmentally Friendly

Pellets are clean, natural and totally harmless to the environment bio-fuel. Pellets are completely clean fuel which is environmentally friendly, because the fuel contains minimum amount of sulfur and nitrogen compounds. Their combustion almost does not emit any of these compounds. In addition, during combustion the wood pellets release a ‘neutral' carbon dioxide emission. Wood releases same amount CO2 as it was consumed during its growth (closed circle of carbon exchange).

The combustion of fossil fuels, in contrast to pellets of carbon dioxide emissions, equal to the amount collected over millions of years (the amount of carbon emissions are made over a much shorter time then used for collection during fuel formation). Therefore, burning of fossil fuels leads to increased carbon dioxide emissions of CO2 in the atmosphere, and hence towards the greenhouse effect.

Thus, the combustion of pellets reduces carbon dioxide CO2 emissions. It also reduces emissions of sulfur compounds into the atmosphere. This turns into reducing the amount of acid rain and helps to save the forests.

If a family of three, who lives in his own dwelling house, would change in the boiler that runs on diesel fuel to pellet boiler - it would emit five tons of CO2 per year less. If would be replaced gas fired boiler - it would emit 2.5 tons of CO2 per year less.

Thus, the pellets are very clean and environmentally friendly fuel derived from renewable natural resources.

The benefits off burning pellet are: financial and comfort.

To heat with pellets are cheaper than with oil or gas. And, of course, much comfortable than burning wood, as the container could be loaded with pellets every 3 - 7 days.

THEN YOU HEAT YOUR LIVING HOUSE AND OTHER PREMISES WITH PELLETS YOU ARE SAVING ENVIRONMENT, MONEY AND HAVE COMFORTABLE LIFE
